At Economy Plumbing Services, our primary goal is to provide excellent residential and commercial plumbing services at the lowest cost to our customers in Austin and Marble Falls, TX. In order to best serve our customers and to reach the greatest amount of people in the allotted time, our company believes in working on the go. Our technicians use their service vehicles as their mobile offices to promote efficiency for you. Our service vehicles are equipped with the tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete most services and eliminate the need to drive back-and-forth to the warehouse. This saves fuel and time, which, in turn passes on the savings to you.
Additionally, we do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible. In order to do this, we do our best to limit paper usage and receipts, except in necessary situations. One primary way of doing this is by providing each one of our employees with Apple iPads, which are used for all transactions including invoices, estimates, and job updates. This also allows our customers to schedule their appointments online and our technicians to respond on the go in real time. We have found that this makes our business more efficient and able to provide you with better services. We also dedicated time to create a fuel-efficient fleet of service vehicles. We do this not only for the environmental benefits but also to provide you with the lowest possible cost and the greatest level of efficiency.

I needed a toilet to be repaired (leak at multiple locations). The issue was found quickly and explained well. Solutions were suggested along with costs. The job was well done.
Sean came on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I have not doubt that the leak in my bathroom sink is fixed forever. Not only the consummate worker, but personable as well.
Thank you for the review! It means a lot.
I was extremely pleased with Jared from Economy Plumbing Services. He was skilled and polite and explained everything in a way that I (completely inept with water heaters) could understand. He pointed out some damage to the drain pan that no other plumber mentioned and suggested a gadget to alert me if there is a leak. When it comes time to replace my water heater I know I will use Economy Plumbing because they will do it right at a fair price.
Great service, great price, very courteous............and senior discounts. Thanks Sean
I've had years of great service as reasonable prices. Sean is the best!
Jarred did a wonderful job. Thanks so much for your hard work and it was proficient. I apprecite it.
I originally discovered Economy Plumbing via a coupon for a hot water heater flush on Angie's List. So, when I needed two plumbing jobs done, I gave them a call.
Their plumber--I am sure I did not hear his name correctly--Trampus? was at the house within the time frame promised. He was courteous and professional--and funny. The work took longer than expected, because he said he was given a new truck to use, and it was not fully stocked with items he needed to fix my toilet. How does that happen? Anyway, he had to leave my house (and I live in the country) and travel into Austin to a big box store to purchase items to complete the job. Once done, it was great.
Then, while he was under the kitchen sink installing a new faucet, he accidentally broke off a piece of hardware necessary for the functioning of my Reverse Osmosis filter. He said it broke because it was not properly screwed onto its base. He did not have a part to fix it, but said he would be back that afternoon (Friday 8/12/16) if there was time or today (Saturday 8/13/16) to repair it.
I'm not thrilled that I had to pre-pay to get that work done--work that needed doing because Economy Plumbing's technician broke a piece, but c'est la vie. It's Saturday morning, and I have yet to hear from him. Once I do and get the work done, I will return to this website and give a full five stars.
These guys are the best! Jerrod came out to fix a leak in my toilet and saw that it was so corroded that I needed a new one. No problem -- there was one on the truck. Jerrod installed it in record time, took out the old one, and left everything clean and in place. All in record time and at a very fair price.
Sean came out in the time frame, flushed the water heater and checked all plumbing in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He told me what I might need to have done in the future with no travel fee if a problem develops and did not charge for installing a needed stopper that had rusted through and broken in one of the sinks; in fact, he had to travel to get the part.
We really enjoyed the young man who came. He was courteous and did his job well. He explained things we (as older folks) so we knew what & why it was feasible or not. He cleaned up the stinky mess from cleaning up under the kitchen sink & offered to take it with him. We definitely will use him again.
